GTA5 footage leaks, appears to be fake

Leaked footage' has found it's way onto YouTube, showing the first glimpse of Grand Theft Auto V.
Text appearing over the video reveals the setting to be "Honolulu and the surrounding area" and claims there is "more open land than in GTA SA!"
Supposedly leaked to GTALEAKER1 by an employee of Rockstar, the poor quality footage shows a title screen with the shadows of two palm trees in front of a setting sun. A blurred screenshot follows, depicting a character standing in an urban area populated with more palm trees.
The gameplay itself shows a white car driving about a green environment, but severe blurring and pixelation makes it hard to make out anything more than this.

VideoGamer.com Analysis

The video is almost certainly a fake. It's not hard to hold a camera at a screen, even if you're trying to be sly about it. It almost seems as if the cameraman was intentionally waving the camera about to mask what was actually on the screen.
It's more likely that some clever clogs has photo-shopped a title screen, blurred a screenshot from a similar game, and done as terrible a job as possible filming a moving car from the same game.
We don't believe it for a second, but you're free to make up your own minds.
